Had very enjoyable stay for Black Country Museum visit and the weather was wonderful. Truly enjoyed our neat and cheap room with jacuzzi and the historic-style building. The hotel exceeded high expectations.

It was easy to find, and had a large car park. The room was adequate.
Breakfast basic, and you had to track down your own cutlery most of the time through lack of staff. TV remotes kept in reception, and I was given the wrong one. Lift still had the morning's laundry in the afternoon.
